Matkan varrella kevyet venytykset sekä tasapaino- ja rentoutusharjoitukset avaavat aistimme, tasoittavat hengitystämme ja sykettämme ja auttavat meitä juurtumaan tähän hetkeen. Tauolla lepäämme ja nautimme pienestä välipalasta. Lisäksi tutustumme paikallisluontoon ja -historiaan. Kirkko, alkuperäiset pihapiirit, Kivikoulu ja muistokoti Aappola toimivat Limingan pitkän historian todistajina. Rantakylässä ja luontokeskuksella koet Liminganlahden ainutlaatuista luontoa ja lintuvesistöä. Ken tietää, ehkä myös bongaat lintuharvinaisuuksia! Pömilästä riittää juttuja, mutta niitä riittää myös entisessä myllyssä toimivasta, ainutlaatuisesta Myllykirjastossa. Sen suojissa kukoistaa tyrnäväläinen sanataide ja kulttuurin laaja kirjo. Matkalla Tyrnävän kirkolta Meijerikadulle katselemme myös nykyistä elämänmenoa, sillä pottu sitoo tänäkin päivänä Tyrnävän tukevasti maahan ja maailmaan.
